MEASURING IMPEDANCES
Together with the coupling capacitor, the measuring impedance (quadripole) is needed for the decopuling of partial discharges according to the in DIN EN IEC 60270:2001 decribed standard partial discharge measuring circuit.
Please find below a small selection of our measruing impedances:
LDM-6
The measuring adaptor LDM-6 is used for decoupling of partial discharge current pulses on bushing taps of power transformer bushings. In addition an conversion into equivalent voltage impulses is done, which will be forwarded to the PD measuring device according to DIN EN IEC 60270:2001.
LDM-5/U
The measuring imepdance type LDM-5/U is designed for the decoupling of the partial discharge current pulses on the PD couplihng capacitor and converting in equivalent voltage pulses and forwarding them to the partial discharge detector in accordance to DIN EN IEC 60270:2001-08.
LDM-5/U5
The measuring impedance LDM-5/U5 is a special version of the LDM-5/U and is also used for decoupling of the partial discharge current pulses on the PD couplihng capacitor and converting in equivalent voltage pulses and forwarding them to the partial discharge detector in accordance to DIN EN IEC 60270:2001-08.
In difference to the LDM-5/U, the LDM-5/U5 features up to 2 switches for selcting various coupling capacitances.
LDM-5
The measuring impedance LDM-5 is designed for PD-signal transmission covering a bandwith above 30 MHz at 50 W matching resistance.
