LDM-5

The LDM-5 is designed for PD-signal transmission covering a bandwidth above 30 MHz at 50 W matching resistance.

Applications

  • For the decoupling of the PD current pulses on the PD coupling capacitor and changing in equivalent voltage pulses and forwarding to the PD detector according IEC 60270
  • PD signal transmission with a bandwidth above 30 MHz at 50 Ohm matching resistance
  • Combination of a PD detection with PD-fault location is possible which seems especially advantageous for cable testing
  • Fast over voltage protection is included due to non expected break-down of the test sample
  • Additional option is available, which allows the indication of the HV test voltage
