OIL/MATERIALS ANALYSIS
For Oil/Material Analysis LDIC, offers the Doble DOMINO product range as well as the Doble service.
Doble developed one of the first analytical techniques for measuring dissolved water in oil, as well as the DOMINO Ultimate Sampling System (USS) and the Moisture-in-Oil (MIO) sensor. You can use these instruments to manage the state of your bushings/CTs, transformers, and circuit breakers.
Furthermore, Doble owns an own laboratory to conduct oil/material analysis as a service. The Doble Materials Laboratory, established in 1933, is staffed by dedicated, experienced chemists and supported by engineering personnel knowledgeable in apparatus diagnostics. The Doble Laboratory can provide answers and solutions to your problems based on quality data from a wide scope of testing capabilities and rich experience in apparatus diagnostics.
DOMINO Moisture Sensors - Permanent-Mount Sensors
The DOMINO sensor measures moisture in oil in terms of ppm and relative saturation (RS), as well as temperature. It provides continuous, reliable measurement of the water content of electrical insulating liquids and other types of oils.
Determining the moisture in insulating liquids is an essential part of any comprehensive maintenance or diagnostic program.
DOMINO Ultimate Sampling System (USS)
DOMINO USS is a portable system consisting of either a moisture-in-oil sensor or a moisture-in-gas (dewpoint) sensor, or both. Shipped in a handy carrying case, it provides a fast, convenient way to take high-quality samples.
DOBLE Materials Laboratory
The Doble Laboratory is fully equipped to perform a wide variety of tests on insulating materials, with more than fifty tests offered on a routine basis. The Doble Laboratory can provide answers and solutions to your problems, based on quality data from a wide scope of testing capabilities and rich experience in apparatus diagnostics.
